This looks untidy but not dirty. We see no food overflow or anything. Just need to put things up.

Yeah this isn’t bad at all, I’ve witnessed with multiple senses some legitimately biohazardous bedrooms. Rooms you can smell just walking past the door. Discoloration around the entrance floor and the edges of the door practically foreshadowing the vibrant ecosystem growing inside. Here I can see carpet, and it looks good! Honestly looks like a nice cozy room that, like you said, just needs some tidying up.

Oh yeah. I’ve grown up with my mom being a hoarder. You just gotta get used to randomly spilling mysterious black liquid from places you’d least expect.
Usually it would be some fruit/vegetable in a plastic bag, over time rotting into liquid form. And eventually the plastic bag would just pop, spilling this brown garbage juice. Of course, it would be soaked up by surrounding items. “There used to be lettuce.” Usually such liquid would keep slowly seeping out of the fridge too, slowly rusting it.

As for the things that smell absolutely bad, basically same thing, but instead with meat turning into goopy liquid filled with maggots.

I also remember few occurences when I’d just hear a random pop, shortly followed by gag-inducing smell.

“Messy” has an entirely different scale when you’ve got a hoarder with pets in the family. Can smell THAT house from a distance.
