Real life “accomplishments”:

• Get attributed to $DEADNAME
• “See, you can do it when you aren’t being lazy!”
• Are a result of me getting lucky, not my skill or persistence
• Will be quickly forgotten by me in the next few days

Gaming accomplishments:

• Are a result of me doing my best (usually)
• Are connected to the name and avatar of my choice
• Will linger with me for years
• I had fun in the process

i wish i could still do this. i dont find any video games engaging enough to play any more ;_;
