I worry a lot. But I remember a conversation I once eavesdropped on:
“So you worry about something going wrong?”
“Yes.”
“What do you do when things go wrong?”
“Um… deal with the problem, I guess?”
“So what are you worrying about?”
That one day I won’t be able to deal with it.
