Considering the water content to caffeine in a standard sized can of white monster. It shouldn’t be able to dehydrate you. Like full stop. Not in any meaningful way anyways.
White monster lacks the sugars and caffeine content that most energy drinks or coffee has. Which in turn makes it almost ignoreable in terms of dehydration so long as your getting literally any amount of water from foods or even just a single glass of water.
For refence for 16fl oz of coffee your looking at 200-240ish mg of caffeine while a white monster is 150mg. White monster is literally one of the lowest caffeine contents per fl oz of basically any caffeinated energy drink on the market. It might actually be the lowest I legit can’t find another with less then 150 that isn’t a soda. Even red bull is 151mg per 16 fl oz.
Hell 16 fl oz of black tea you brew your self has 130-150mg of caffeine on avg.
If you find that it does, you likely have actual medical concerns you should get addressed that or you have a issue with taurine. Which also indicates possiable medical issues.

wow a whole lot of assumptions there. when getting electrolysis the critical factor in how well it works (at least for galvanic/blend) is the amount of moisture in the pores. being even a little dehydrated means theres enough less water in the pores to reduce the effectiveness and means each hair needs to be treated much longer. thats not ideal because a beard has thousands of hairs. so for best results you want to be as hydrated as possible.
as far as caffeine, its a diuretic, so while you’re caffeinated its hard to stay very hydrated. i dont like those other caffeine drinks. i like white monster. i drink too much when its available. this has a significant detrimental effect on electrolysis, thus my comment.
