You are cordially invited to disagree with me publically, wherein we shall ‘have it out’, at a time and place of your choosing.
Honor, and decorum, shall be upheld at all times, as the intention of this duel is to illustrate that disagreement need not be derogatory and defamatory, but can be dutiful, dilligent, and demonstrative of respect despite disagreement.
I gladly accept your most welcome invitation. for convenience, would it be acceptable to continue said public exchange in this venue.
After reading your kind letter, with heavy heart, I feel the obliged to state that have I noticed that I disagree with one of your points. this doesn’t diminish my view of you as a person. But given the pieces of media that catalyzed our exchange, perhaps the point is that while a polite an honorable exchange is possible and welcomed. So would an inflammatory and derogatory exchange, which could use the full spectrum of emotionally charged language.
Your’s dearly,
Albert
For the audience: I hope other witnesses chime in and become long term friends of ours.
I have drawn myself as a handsome gigachad using paper against your double rock hands, so I win
instructions unclear, though we were shaking hands, we’re friends now.
Now as friends, may I ask why, considering your name, you decided to go for paper and not rock?
The open fist is a slap, which goes well in several places.
Wait, are we holding hands now? B-baka, it’s not like I like you or anything!
Dearest Albert,
You are cordially invited to disagree with me publically, wherein we shall ‘have it out’, at a time and place of your choosing.
