well, barring putting the oven itself in the transport vehicle, per food regulations you’d have two hours to work with. but, this is the united states of america, and we have a comically large military!! thus, it could be conceivable to procure one of their faster aircraft and deliver it via an air drop. with the right insulation around the pizza it would still be nice and warm enough and yummy.
of course, the only drawback is the potential of the pilot themself consuming the pizza, getting absolutely freaking STONED, and failing to deliver it in the first place. but there are certainly ways to make it more reliable!!
