    Some tips that might or might not help:

    • don’t watch screens about an hour or so before going to bed. What gets me really tired is reading books
    • drink caffeine not later than 6 hours before going to bed
    • no alcohol
    • good room temperature and ventilation
    • keep activities in bed to sleep-related ones
    • someone’s when I wake up at night and can’t get back to sleep, switching from bed to the couch helps for whatever reason
