… I would not say I have a “solution”, but perhaps a reasonabley effective “alternative”:

Cat cafes.

Worst case scenario, you get cat cuddles, a reasonable fascimile of actual physical uh, catgirl cuddles.

Best case scenario, you… actually go outside, and meet some other people, who are probably at least somewhat statistically biased toward just wanting to cuddle something.

This thus biases you at least somewhat toward meeting a person who can and could consent to exchanging yuri/catgirl cuddles.

Cat cafes have I think now gotten to the point in the US where they are what I would call fairly common, basically all large cities have multiple, medium sized cities tend to have at least one, maybe two.

… again, worst case scenario, you pay a bit too much for a tea and a cookie or something, and you only get some furtime with actual felines, which is likely to at least somewhat refactor your serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin levels … and it will force you to have at least some kind of actual human to human interaction, which, lets face it, you could probably use a bit more of.
