The character in the meme is the vtuber Pippa Pipkin from Phase Connect, and yeah I find her pretty awful lol.
Off the top of my head, she’s friends with Kirsche, joked to a JP coworker of her about the KiwiFarms founder being a chill guy, joked about the murder of George Floyd and some months ago a would be shooter got caught with her name engraved on their firearm.
There’s probably more, but honestly just her fanbase being mostly 4channer types already makes her indefensible in my eyes.
