Maybe online dating can help? I only know it from the guys perspective (think: perpetually empty inbox) but from what I understand, women are usually inundated with likes and messages so you can be as picky and you like and only respond to those that stand out as someone you could be comfortable speaking to. Bonus that it’s just online so you don’t need to be shy in person and can choose how long you take to react.
