The older I get, the more times I failed to realise I was being flirted with become clear to me.

My go to strategy before my current partner, was to go out to a club and find a woman who looked as messed up and drunk as me, start dancing with her, step 3, go back to her place.

I never really worked out what step 3 actually is, but it seems to be entirely necessary for the success of the mission.

And then there are people who say that “all men” by default misinterpret women being nice to them as flirting. Though even if, that might not help when trying to flirt with anyone else.
