        The subscription joke is probably pretty good, but for the love of me, I can’t think of a way to make the first part without sounding cringe.

        Probably because “Making the other person shut up” is just not funny.

        I think it’d be better as a standalone “Omfg everything is a subscription nowadays 😒”
